Mr Tú, the motorbike rental service near Hanoi’s Old Quarter, operates this website. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use it.

Using the website

You are welcome to browse, read and share our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t:

  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms other people;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its data, or disrupt how it works;
  • copy large parts of the site automatically, or republish its content as your own.

Prices, availability and bookings

We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but prices, deposits, available models and other details can change. They are confirmed when you contact Mr Tú, before anything is agreed. Nothing on this website is a binding offer: a rental is agreed only once Mr Tú has confirmed the details with you and you have both signed the rental agreement.

Your written rental agreement or receipt records the price, deposit, rental period, the bike’s condition and any delivery cost. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement prevails. Our rental terms summarise the general rules every rental agreement includes.

Our guides to licences, documents, helmets, insurance and riding in Hanoi are general information, written with care and dated. They are not legal advice. Rules can change, so check official sources and your own government’s travel advice before you ride, and make sure you hold a licence that is valid for the bike you rent.

The help assistant

The help assistant gives automatic answers to common questions. Its answers are general and may not fit your situation. Anything that matters for your rental, such as the price, deposit or documents, is confirmed by Mr Tú directly. How the assistant handles your questions is explained in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The text, design and brand name of this website belong to Mr Tú or are used under licence. You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back to the source. Please ask us before reusing anything else.

We link to other websites, such as official travel advice or maps, because they may be useful to you. We don’t control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Limits of our liability

The website is free to use and is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Mr Tú is not liable for loss or damage arising from using the website, from the site being temporarily unavailable, or from decisions made only on the basis of its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Vietnamese law, or your rights as a consumer.

Your rights and obligations as a renter are set out in your rental agreement, not in these website terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. If something goes wrong, please contact us first: most issues can be settled by talking. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be decided by the competent Vietnamese court.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website or the law changes. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
