What to tell us when you call
Table of contents3
A few details help us give you a clear answer in one call:
- The bike — a model from our list, or simply “automatic scooter” or “semi-automatic”.
- Your dates — when you would like to collect the bike and when you will return it, or roughly how many weeks or months you need it.
- Number of riders — just you, or you and a passenger, so helmets can be confirmed for everyone.
- Where you are staying — roughly where you are in or around the Old Quarter, so we can agree a convenient hand-over.
- Your licence — a Vietnamese licence, or an International Driving Permit with your national licence, and which convention your IDP was issued under.
What happens next
Mr Tú confirms availability, the rental price, the deposit and the hand-over time and place. Nothing is booked until you have agreed to those details, and they are written into your rental agreement at hand-over.
If we can’t answer straight away, please try again a little later. Don’t come by without calling first: each hand-over is arranged in advance, so the bike is ready and there is someone to meet you.
On the day, have your passport or national ID and your licence with you (and your IDP if you rely on one), along with the deposit in the agreed form. If your plans change, call as early as you can; changes are handled according to what we agreed.
Before you call
